Job Description
The Account Manager performs the duties of an IT Sales Generalist, which includes but is not limited to selling hardware, software, advanced IT services, and IT solutions. The Account Manager is expected to develop and manage both existing accounts as well as new accounts, with most communication completed via telephone and/or email. Paragon Micro hosts client events and encourages face-to-face onsite meetings between the company’s Sales Personnel and clients.
Job Duties
Maintain and build long-term relationships with Key Decision Makers with the clients
Provide multi-vendor services, delivering superior resolutions to the client/server while also eliminating hardware challenges
Responsible for developing a consulted relationship with the cliental that will allow you to offer a variety of products. These products include, but are not limited to, enterprise services, database software, desktops, laptops, networking, security, anti-virus, and storage.
Manage and provide consultation of services, including the development of service sales within assigned accounts. (Solutions include Hardware and Software products, Hosted Services, Network Management, and Security Assessments)
Complete all quotes, orders, returns, RFI’s and other processes to allow start-to-finish management of client technology and service needs
Conduct executive briefings and events with clients to grow overall business as needed
Required Skills / Qualifications
5+ years of recent, successful IT Sales experience
5+ years of experience selling hardware and software solutions to mid-market and Enterprise Business
A successful and proven track record of developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships within the IT industry
Broad range of knowledge of IT Solutions, Hardware, and Software
Pre- and Post-Sales consultative services experience
Ability to perform account acquisition using prospecting leads, cold calling and networking
Hardware and Software knowledge
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
An entrepreneurial spirit with uncapped sales potential and a strong motivation to succeed
Sales and/or Technical certifications
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Provide multi-vendor services within a client base. Develop both Infrastructure and Curriculum based solutions to meet identified challenges

Job Description
This role requires a forward thinking, market aware individual capable of understanding both big picture strategic development opportunities while still having deep technical grasp of solution integration capabilities amongst a set of given products or tools. This role will deliver compelling architecture and solution approaches to meet those needs and successfully position Paragon Micro, Inc. against our competitors. This is a high profile, customer facing role that is the primary technical face and technology orchestration point for our Professional Services Team. Candidates should have a strong, proven IT background and demonstrate familiarity with a broad range of products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work with senior and executive level management in large accounts while simultaneously being capable of adapting the conversation to mid-size business. Must have the ability to map customers’ business need to technology solutions. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the business value of Paragon Micro, Inc. solution offerings and position them in competitive scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Develop integration, deployment and upgrade strategies across the portfolio of solutions
Development of key written materials surrounding solution offerings including but not limited to proposals, datasheets, or presentation materials
Assist in the development of a winning plan that ensures a customers’ programmatic early approach to Paragon Micro Inc.’s new solution offerings
Assist in the development of a 3-year technology vision and roadmap based on furthering the solution models that support the business plan
Integrate with Account Managers to systematically identify winnable Services opportunities
Consult, assess or audit, design and interview customers to determine highly technical requirements; Convert requirements into actionable scope of work.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years in consulting/Solution Integrator environments in the Networking space; an exceptional command of Core Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting, and usage of Networking Recommended Practices
Cisco certification: CCIE required.
Routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
Spanning-tree, VTP, Port Channels, Load balancing, SPAN
Multicast PIM Sparse/Dense, MSDP
Cisco Nexus 9k, 7k OR, 5K configuration and design
NAT, ACL configuration, IPSec and SSL VPN, configuration of IPS and CSM modules IPS appliances and in line modules, tuning of alerts
Cisco ACS for network authentication, Authorization, and Accounting
Cisco ISE integration with data and wireless infrastructure
Strong background in Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration
Configuring Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, WCS and circuits, bidirectional Line-Switched Ring (BLSR), and ML card configuration
Preferred Qualifications
Current Juniper certifications JNCIx-ENT or JNCIx-SP
JUNOS Enterprise Routing and Switching Experience
Experience with Cisco Network Security, including the design, configuration, and tuning of Cisco security appliances: ASA Firewalls and FWSMs
SIEM integration with IPS, firewalls, routers across campus network, tuning of alerts
